How did you start your DJ career?

I was working at a nightclub as a bartender that brought guest DJs regular. I’ve always been fascinated by nightlife and one night while watching one of the DJs play it just clicked for me. One moment it was just like “I can do that”. So I asked the resident DJ, Joe Ross, to teach me how to mix and the rest in history. This was in like 2017-18.

How would you describe your music style?

I have an extremely broad range of taste in music. In Circuit and outside of that. I personally like to use the word eclectic or maybe “B side”/Jnderground. I don’t like to play the same tracks or remixes that everyone else is playing.

What is your favorite part about being a DJ?

There’s so many things that I love about DJing. I think the first thing is that it allows me to be creative and express myself. It’s not easy for everyone to make a living as an artist and I’ve been blessed to do that as a DJ traveling the world.

What do you enjoy most about the circuit party scene?

My favorite thing about the circuit scene is that it’s always evolving. To the casual consumer it may be hard to see but the music style, the production, the marketing the venues are always changing. It helps keeps things exciting.

What is your advice to anyone who wants to become a DJ?

I’m always very encouraging to apsiring DJs. If you feel that calling for you then give it a shot but make sure that you’re doing for the love of music because that’s what it’s all about first. If you’re doing it for selfish reasons, like popularity or for boys, it will show in your music. Trust me.

What is one thing you'd like people to know about you?

I’d like people to know that I’m a super nice and friendly guy! I can seem a little reserved but if you ever see me out please come say hi. I love meeting new people.
